Please list up to three hymns, in order of most favorite to least favorite.  If able, we will use all three, but if space is limited we may only be able to include your top choice.  Only hymns found in our hymnals will be able to be used (ELW-Red and WOV-Blue).  Please write either the hymn Title, if you know that number and hymnal that is helpful but not needed.
